The hotel is centrally located in Madrid, close to Gran Via, and offers convenient access to major tourist attractions via public transport or taxi. A pharmacy is located nearby, and a supermarket just 250 meters away, which is especially convenient for families needing to pick up essentials. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, though they carry a slightly dated aesthetic. All basic amenities were provided, including toiletries. The bathroom was clean and well-kept, and the room included a small kitchen equipped with sufficient utensils for cooking simple meals for a small family. A small refrigerator stocked with snacks and drinks was also available—though chargeable, it was a thoughtful addition. The air conditioning and heating worked well, and an elevator/lift ensured easy access to all floors. The TV was small and a bit vintage, with limited English channels, which is fairly typical in Spain. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. While we did not opt for the hotel’s breakfast, it is available and served in a nearby cafeteria. We had both breakfast and dinner there separately, and the food was excellent. The ladies at the cafeteria were warm and welcoming, and we enjoyed trying some truly authentic and delicious Spanish dishes. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, always ready to assist, and available 24/7, making our stay even more pleasant and comfortable.

The location of this hotel was excellent. It was a minutes walk from the Gran Via and right beside the Plaza de Espana, Sabatini Gardens and the Palace. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, holding bags for us when we had time to kill before we went to the airport. They also exchanged notes for coins on request and always said goodmorning and good night. The rooms were a brilliant size and came with a kitchenette. They were cleaned every day. The hotel itself was immaculate. There was air conditioning in the room, which seemed to go on automatically when it reached a certain temperature. There was a mini bar in the room so if you did arrive late, you had water and other snacks at your disposal. There were plenty of bathroom toiletries and a shoe shining kit. There was a conveniently located safe in the wardrobe and the hair drier was quite powerful. There were two lots of windows in the rooms which made the room quiet despite it's central location.

The hotel staff was very accommodating to provide us with a room with one of the "best views in Madrid" of the Palacio Real as well as meeting our needs for additional comfort with the bed with extra pillows and blankets. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet at night to provide a good nights rest despite some noise in the hallway. The kitchen was amply supplied for simple meals for breakfast or lunch and if something was missing the staff was very quick to provide it. The hotel had a great location in the western, more affluent area of Madrid and the nearby parks provided easy access for daily exercise. Also, the hotel was located very conveniently and close to the Madrid subway system and shopping was relatively close by. The WiFi worked great. There was ample closet space.

Room was excellent, equipped with a mini kitchen which was just right , centrally located hotel, could get anywhere through nearest metro and also taxis were available, the staff at the Reception were extremely Helpful at all times, Breakfast was very standard, they have tied up with a cafe/ restuarant next door , it was the same everyday, if you are a vegetarian you have to inform the front desk so that they can arrange the same in advance as for you indirectly they will inform the cafe, however this was discovered on the last day of breakfast...however the stay was very comfortable with real good view of the main road though we were on the 1st floor...

The location was perfect. The room size was great even though was a studio. Everything we wanted was in the room except a kettle which could be obtaibed from reception. Beds were probably the most comfortable we have slept in. Blackout curtains were at the windows. So very good sleep. We could walk everywhere or catch the Metro which was about 50 m away. We were in the hub of the city but you never heard any noise at night. We would definitely stay here again.
